In this section I like to highlight the optimum temperature of some of these bacteria strains and hope to share some light to the use of yogurt starters for making yogurt.
Optimum Growth Temperature
Understanding the temperature will allow you to understand how to experiment your yogurt starter with the method you use to incubate your yogurt. Note: you will see that a using yogurt starter with acidophilus will have very good sucess result because of its lower optimum growth temperature.Streptococcus Thermophilus -
