Yogurt Review - ALVAS Yogurt

A local product from a Singapore Indian company.Comes in 1 flavour,  Natural and Plain, No sugar added. appears Full Cream. They call this yogurt Thairu. Found a review at another blog, that indicates this yogurt is a Low Fat yogurt but it has milk solids and cream added, but this was not indicated on the cup I ate. But if this is true then it explains why the calories are low, and why this is much thicker than most yogurt I have tried and Creamier because of the added cream. For the price, this yogurt is good and tasty. I will buy more.

Not Tested yet, will post when we have the results. Hmmm. . . .Maybe I shall try using milk powder to thicken it.
